日本中小学消费者教育对我国的启示

摘  要:伴随着经济活动产生的消费问题层出不穷。从长远角度看,将学校教育内容与国民现实生活相联系,提高消费者素质,培养智慧型消费者,是解决消费问题的关键。目前,我国存在着消费者教育相关法律法规缺失与学校消费者教育内容不足的问题,这给我国消费者教育课程体系的创建提出新的要求。日本作为消费者教育较早发展的国家,其消费者教育内容系统被纳入教育课程,培训作为消费者教育主要承担者的职前教师和在职教师,鼓励各界编写消费者教育教材等,促进了本国中小学消费者教育的发展。因此,我国中小学若能借鉴日本经验,采取开发跨学科消费者教育主题学习项目,开展消费者教育主题实践活动,组织消费者教育教师培训,借助社区的力量联合开展消费者教育,建设校园消费者教育活动基地等措施,能有效促进中小学消费者教育的发展。With the economic activities,consumption problems emerge one after another.From a long-term perspective,the key to solving consumption problems lies in connecting the content of school education with the real life of the people,improving the quality of the consumers and cultivating intelligent consumers.At present,there are problems in China,such as the lack of relevant laws and regulations on the consumer education and the lack of content of the consumer education in schools,which put forward the new requirements for the establishment of the consumer education curriculum system in China.As a country where the consumer education developed relatively earlier,Japan has incorporated its consumer education system into the educational curriculum,and trains pre-service and in-service teachers who are the main undertakers of consumer education,and encourages the development of consumer education textbooks by all sectors of the community,etc.,which has promoted the development of consumer education in primary and secondary schools in China.Therefore,if primary and secondary schools in China can draw on the experience of Japan by taking measures such as developing interdisciplinary consumer education thematic learning projects,developing consumer education thematic practical activities,organizing teacher training for consumer education,jointly developing consumer education with the help of community forces,and building campus consumer education activity bases,can effectively promote the development of the consumer education in primary and secondary schools.
