孔子正义思想及其思政教育价值

摘　　要：在马克思主义基本原理同中华优秀传统文化相结合的背景下,对孔子的正义思想进行深入挖掘、梳理和阐释,有利于解决当代中国乃至当今人类面临的正义问题,有利于开展思想政治教育。孔子正义思想具有仁学渊源,“仁”与“义”相关联,“仁”是“义”的基础、“义”是“仁”的显现、“义”依于“仁”。孔子正义思想由仁义而展现为由正而义、由中而正、见利思义、义以为上四个方面。孔子正义思想具有深刻的思想政治教育价值,是贯彻“两个结合”的重要价值资源,是涵养社会主义核心价值观的重要源泉,能够增强学生的文化认同与文化自信。In the context of combining the basic principles of Marxism with the excellent traditional culture of China,in-depth exploration,sorting and interpretation of Confucius’thought on justice will be conducive to solving the justice issues faced by contemporary China and even today’s mankind,and will be conducive to the development of ideological and political education.Confucius’thought on justice has its origins in benevolence,which is the foundation of justice.Justice is the manifestation of benevolence,which is the basis of justice.Confucius’discourse on justice is mainly reflected in four aspects:from righteousness to justice,from the middle to justice,from seeking benefits to justice,and treating justice as supremacy.Confucius’thought on justice has profound ideological and political education value:it is an important value resource for implementing the“two combinations”,an important source for cultivating socialist core values,and has important significance for enhancing students’cultural identity and confidence.
