摘 要:武术是以破坏对方重心,使其失衡为主进行攻防技击的技能,能自主“调身子”是稳定重心的关键,是掌握武术技能的黄金分割点。习练武术时能利用身法协调手、脚等完成虚实动作便基本学会了武术。与学校武术不同,传统武术“调身子”强调脊椎的起落、进退等衔接转折,是身体虚实变化与一体化发劲的前提与基础。Wushuis a skill that focuses on disrupting the opponent's center of gravity and causing them to lose balance in attack and defense.The ability to independently"adjust the body"is the key to stabilizing the center of gravity and is the golden ratio point for mastering Wushuskills.When practicing Wushu,being able to use body movements to coordinate hands,feet,etc.to complete virtual and real movements is the basic way to learn Wushu.Different from school Wushu,the traditional Wushu"body tune"emphasizes the transition of the spine,which is the premise and foundation of the change of body's virtual reality and the integration of strength.
