摘　　要：为推进高校课程思政发挥课程的育人作用,提高人才培养质量,完成高质量发展,文章运用文献资料法和教学实践归纳法等研究方法,在高校太极拳课程中深入挖掘思政元素,打造太极拳教学的育人体系,将体育教学与思政育人有机融合,引导大学生深刻理解中华优秀传统文化,增强民族意识和文化认同感,在学校实现“三全育人”发挥重要作用。In order to promote ideological and political education in university courses,leverage the educational role of courses,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and achieve high-quality development,we will deeply explore ideological and political elements in university Taijiquan courses,create an educational system for Taijiquan teaching,organically integrate sports and education,guide college students to deeply understand Chinese cultural traditions and national conditions,enhance national awareness and cultural identity,and play an important role in achieving comprehensive education in schools.The article mainly uses research methods such as literature review and teaching practice induction.
