基于 “学、练、赛、评”一体化模式下太极拳教学策略探究

摘  要:“学、练、赛、评”是体育教学中的重要环节,也是促进学生掌握技术动作的有力抓手,体育各项目的教学遵循这一教学模式有利于提高教学效果和质量。为更好地在校园中推广太极拳,丰富校园体育文化,文章提出在太极拳教学过程中运用“学、练、赛、评”教学模式,采取有效策略包括,学:结合太极拳专家的微视频讲解,让学生感知太极拳的魅力;练:通过身心合一训练,帮助学生协调上下肢动作,体验太极拳动作特点;赛:采用多样化的比赛形式,提高太极拳动作质量;评:以多元化考核评价引导学生多样化学习。Based on the"Learning,training,competition and evaluation"is an important link in physical education,and also a powerful grasp to promote students to firmly grasp the technical movements,can be conducive to improving the effectiveness and quality of teaching.In order to popularize tajiquan in the campus and enrich the campus sports culture,this paper puts forward the teaching mode of"Learning,practicing,competing and evaluating"in the teaching process of taijiquan,the effective strategies adopted are:Learning:combining with the micro-video explanation of taijiquan experts,let students feel the charm of Taijiquan movement;To experience the characteristics of Taijiquan movements;match:the use of a variety of forms of competition to improve the quality of taijiquan movements;Comments:Diversified Assessment and evaluation to guide students to diversify their learning.
