摘　　要：新时代新形势背景下,为真正发挥高校创业指导工作的有效性,需要将高校毕业生的创业指导需求作为出发点。高校毕业生创业指导需求主要集中在创业理想和目标、创业意识和素质、创业实践和经验、创业政策和信息四个方面。基于此,高校创业指导工作需强化创业指导中的理想信念教育,提升创业意识与素质教育的实效性,扩宽创业实践和经验教育平台,更新创业政策和信息教育方式。Under the background of the new era and new situation,in order to effectively improve the effectiveness of college graduates'entrepreneurial guidance work,it is necessary to take the entrepreneurial guidance needs of college graduates as the starting point,and through investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the entrepreneurial guidance needs of college graduates are mainly concentrated in four aspects:entrepreneurial ideals and goals,entrepreneurial awareness and quality,entrepreneurial practice and experience,entrepreneurial policies and information.Improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship awareness and quality education,expand the educational platform for entrepreneurial practice and experience,update entrepreneurship policies and information education methods,and other innovative paths.
