摘  要:数字创新是组织保持竞争优势的动力来源。敏感期形成的信息技术烙印能否持久影响高管行为,推动企业数字创新?基于烙印理论,利用2013-2021年新三板上市公司数据,通过文本分析识别数字专利,实证检验信息技术背景高管影响企业数字创新的效应与机制。研究表明,拥有信息技术求学或从业经历的高管比例越大时,企业获得数字专利越多、质量越高,说明信息技术背景高管推动了企业数字创新“量质齐升”;进一步研究发现,通过认知烙印识别数字创新机会、技能烙印克服数字技术短视、关系网络烙印集聚创新要素三类中介渠道,信息技术背景高管促进企业数字创新;当市场发育滞后或知识产权保护不足时,信息技术背景高管推动企业数字创新更明显。研究结论拓展了数字创新的前因研究,从人才配置和人才培养视角推动数字创新提出启示。Digital innovation is the activity using digital technologies to transform products,processes or business models,and is becoming a powerhouse of competitive advantage for organizations.Different from traditional innovation,digital innovation requires executives to have good knowledge and skills in digital technology.Data from headhunting platforms show that Information Technology(IT) talents are flowing from ‘IT companies' to ‘manufacturing companies',and executives with IT backgrounds may be the backbone of corporate digital innovation.Imprinting theory states that in the early stages of education or career,the knowledge,skills,and relationship networks acquired by individuals will shape their information processing mechanisms and have a lasting impact on individual behaviour.However,when the environment iterates quickly or the organizational imprint has a strong inertia,the impact of the individual's imprinting will no longer be significant,or even disappear.In the ever-changing digital age,it remains to be seen whether executives with IT education or experience can drive digital innovation in their organizations.The established literature mainly focuses on the impact of the personal characteristics of executives in a particular position on the digital innovation,but digital innovation should be the result of the decision-making and implementation of the group of executives.A few studies focus on the collective role of the executive team,but then broaden the scope of executives who influence digital innovation,blurring the requirements of digital innovation decision-making and execution on executives' cognition and skills,which is not conducive to clarifying the logical chain of executives' role in digital innovation.In addition,the degree of market development and intellectual property protection are important external conditions that determine the costs and benefits of digital innovation,how do they regulate the influence of executives on digital innovation?
