摘  要:在全球化的浪潮下,跨国公司面临着一系列跨文化管理的挑战。为应对挑战,企业需深入了解国内外文化差异,确立科学管理理念,并建立高效的跨文化沟通渠道。同时,应充分利用员工文化差异带来的优势,推动创新和市场拓展。跨国公司应建立以人为本、包容多元的企业文化,加强跨文化培训,提升员工的跨文化沟通能力,以减少文化冲突,增强国际竞争力,推动企业跨文化管理能力不断提升。Under the wave of globalization,multinational corporations(MNCs)are facing a series of cross-cultural management challenges.In order to cope with the challenges,companies need to understand the cultural differences between domestic and foreign cultures,establish scientific management concepts,and set up efficient cross-cultural communication channels.At the same time,they should make full use of the advantages brought by the cultural differences of employees to promote innovation and market expansion.Multinational corporations should establish a people-oriented and diversified corporate culture,strengthen cross-cultural training,and improve the cross-cultural communication ability of their employees,so as to minimize cultural conflicts,enhance international competitiveness,and promote the continuous improvement of their cross-cultural management ability.
