摘  要:随着矿山开采深度的增加以及地下矿山的大型化,地下铲运机也在向大型化发展。目前,我国自主研发的铲运机主要为4立方以下,4立方以上铲运机主要依赖于国外进口设备。金川镍钴研究设计院自主研发设计了一种大型井下无轨铲运机电控系统。该电控系统实现了铲运机的行走(换档和换向)、制动、转向、照明、报警、举升臂和铲斗动作控制以及故障自诊断等功能,已成功应用在金川集团自主研发的8立方地下铲运机中。With the increase of mining depth and the upsizing of underground mines,underground scrapers are also developing towards upsizing.At present,our self-developed scrapers are mainly below 4 cubic meters,and above 4 cubic meters mainly rely on imported equipment from abroad.Therefore,Jinchuan Nickel Cobalt Research and Design Institute independently developed and designed a large underground trackless scraper electric control system.The electronic control system can realize the walking(shift and reverse),braking,steering,lighting,alarm,lifting arm and bucket action,and fault self-diagnosis of the scraper.It has been successfully applied in the 8 cubic underground scrapers independently developed by the Jinchuan Group.
