失眠的中西医病因病机浅析

摘　　要：现代医学在失眠发病机制方面已取得较多进展。失眠属于中医学“不寐”范畴。历代医家对失眠认知丰富,对本病均有不同论述。作者梳理近几年相关文献,发现诸医家临证经验与辨治思路迥异,临床缺少统一诊疗标准,且多拘泥于单一辨治理论。因此作者希冀总结归纳不寐的中西医病因病机,为临床诊疗提供佐助。Modern medicine has made more progress in the pathogenesis of insomnia.Insomnia belongs to the category of“sleeplessness”in traditional Chinese medicine.The doctors of the past dynasties have a rich understanding of insomnia,and have different discussions on this disease.The authors combed through the relevant literature in recent years and found that the clinical experience of doctors is very different from that of syndrome differentiation,the clinical standard of diagnosis and treatment is lacking,and syndrome differentiation is confined to a single dialectical theory.Therefore,authors hope to sum up the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine and pathogenesis of sleeplessness to provide assistance in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
