摘　　要：帕金森病是一种临床常见的中枢神经系统变性疾病,影响患者日常生活质量,甚者威胁其生命安全。近年来,中医药治疗在改善临床症状、降低住院率等方面优势明显。如何将中医、西医灵活地结合起来,取长补短,运用于各种临床疾病,是当前国内研究的热门问题。作者检索近5年相关文献,从中医内治、中医外治以及西医治疗3个方面概括中西医治疗帕金森病的研究现状,以期为今后中西医结合治疗此病提供参考。Parkinson’s disease is a common clinical degenerative disease of the central nervous system,which affects the quality of daily life and even threatens the safety of life.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine treatment has obvious advantages in improving clinical symptoms and reducing hospitalization rate.How to flexibly combine traditional Chinese medicine and western medi-cine to complement each other and apply them to various clinical diseases is a hot topic in current domestic research.In this paper,relevant literatures in the past five years were retrieved to summarize the research status of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of Parkinson’s disease from three aspects as follows:internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment,in order to provide reference for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the future.
