参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗胃癌的临床疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的 探析胃癌患者采用参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗的效果。方法 方便选取2022年6月—2023年6月莒县中医医院收治的64例胃癌患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组、观察组,各32例。对照组予以化疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以参芪扶正注射液治疗。比较两组肿瘤标志物水平、炎性因子及中医证候积分。结果 治疗后,两组肿瘤标志物水平、炎症因子水平均低于治疗前,观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组食后腹胀(1.12±0.56)分、食少纳呆(1.63±1.15)分、恶心呕吐(1.43±0.65)分、体倦乏力(1.25±0.65)分均低于对照组的(2.45±0.62)分、(2.54±1.02)分、(2.63±0.56)分、(2.56±0.52)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.005,3.349,7.912,8.902;P均<0.05)。结论 参芪扶正注射液联合化疗应用在胃癌治疗中可使患者肿瘤标志物水平降低,机体炎性因子下降,中医证候积分降低。Objective To explore the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 64 patients with gastric cancer admitted to Juxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chemotherapy the observation group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The levels of tumor markers,inflammatory factors and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of tumor markers and inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the abdominal distension(1.12±0.56) points,poor appetite(1.63±1.15) points,nausea and vomiting(1.43±0.65) points,and body fatigue(1.25±0.65) points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(2.45±0.62) points,(2.54±1.02) points,(2.63±0.56)points,(2.56±0.52) points,the differences were statistically significant(t=9.005,3.349,7.912,8.902;all P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy can reduce the level of tumor markers,inflammatory factors and TCM syndrome scores in patients with gastric cancer.
