摘 要:目的运用DRG相关指标建立改良型波士顿矩阵,动态分析某三级甲等医院科室运营情况,提出差异化改进科室运营质量的策略和措施。方法以某公立三级甲等医院为例,使用2022年数据建立矩阵,确定各临床科室类型、定位,选取典型科室具体分析并提出个性化改进措施,6个月后再次建立矩阵,纵向比较典型科室运营数据。结果经过为期6个月的差异化改进,典型科室的运营数据明显改善。结论基于DRG相关指标的改良型波士顿矩阵,可以为医院精准评价科室(学科)运营、合理配置资源实施差异化发展策略提供依据和工具。Objective:The improved Boston matrix was established by using DRG related indicators so as to dynamically analyze the operation situation of a 3a hospital department,and put forward differentiated strategies and measures for the improvement in the operation quality of the department.Method:With a 3a public hospital as an example,a matrix was established with the 2022 data to determine the types and positioning of each clinical department.Typical departments were selected for specific analysis and the personalized improvement measures were proposed.Six months later,the matrix was re-established to vertically compare the operational data of typical departments.Result:After six months of the differentiated improvement,the operating data of typical departments improved significantly.Conclusion:The improved Boston matrix based on DRG related indicators can provide basis and tools for hospitals to accurately evaluate department(discipline)operations,rationally allocate resources and implement differentiated development strategies.
