摘　　要：本文探讨了智能化技术在教育培训管理中的应用及其前景,重点分析了智能化、人工智能、大数据和云计算等技术在提升教育质量和效率方面的作用。通过文献综述和案例分析,本文总结了智能化技术在个性化学习方案制定、教育资源优化配置及促进教育公平方面的积极影响。同时,本文也讨论了智能化技术应用中面临的挑战,如技术成熟度、数据隐私与安全问题,并提出了相应的应对策略。研究结果表明,智能化技术的引入能够显著提升教育培训机构的管理效率和质量,推动教育行业的创新与发展。This article explores the application and prospects of intelligent technology in education and training management,with a focus on analyzing the role of intelligent,artificial intelligence,big data,and cloud computing technologies in improving the quality and efficiency of education.Through literature review and case analysis,this article summarizes the positive impact of intelligent technology in developing personalized learning plans,optimizing educational resource allocation,and promoting educational equity.Meanwhile,this article also dis-cusses the challenges faced in the application of intelligent technology,such as technological maturity,data privacy and security issues,and proposes corresponding response strategies.The research results indicate that the introduction of intelligent technology can significantly improve the management efficiency and quality of education and training institutions,and promote innovation and development in the educa-tion industry.
