摘　　要：本文围绕“孔乙己的长衫”,深入探讨了大学生就业困境的成因与应对策略。从精神困境、发展困境和认同困境三个维度剖析了大学生就业过程中的情绪性映射,提出了破解大学生就业困境的三大策略。通过加强价值引领,有效破除“孔乙己的长衫”的负面影响,助力大学生实现自我价值。This article focuses on"Kong Yiji's Long Shirt"and explores in depth the causes and coping strategies of college students'employment difficulties.This article analyzes the emotional mapping in the employment process of college students from three dimensions:spiritual dilemma,development dilemma,and identity dilemma,and proposes three strategies to solve the employment dilemma of college students.By strengthening value guidance and effectively eliminating the negative impact of"Kong Yiji's Long Shirt",we can help college students realize their self-worth.
