摘  要:本论文基于“师-生-机”三元协同教学模式,探讨其在《经济法》课程中的创新应用。通过将教师(师)、学生(生)与智能化工具(机)有效结合,创新实践教学方式,旨在提升学生的法律实践能力,培养其解决实际法律问题的能力,并增强其法治素养。具体应用包括模拟法庭、案例分析等教学环节,通过实证研究探究该模式在提升教学效果、激发学生学习兴趣和优化课程设计方面的成效。研究表明,“师-生-机”三元协同模式能够显著提升学生的法律实践能力,并为其他法律课程的教学改革提供重要参考。This paper explores the innovative application of the"Teacher-Student-Tool"triadic collaborative teaching model in the course"Economic Law."By effectively integrating teachers(T),students(S),and intelligent tools(I),this model innovates practical teaching meth-ods with the aim of enhancing students'legal practice abilities,cultivating their skills in solving real-world legal issues,and strengthening their legal awareness.The specific applications include teaching activities such as mock trials and case analyses.Through empirical research,the paper demonstrates the model's effectiveness in improving teaching outcomes,stimulating student interest,and optimizing course design.The findings indicate that the"Teacher-Student-Tool"triadic collaborative model significantly enhances students'legal practice skills and provides valuable insights for the teaching reform of other law-related courses.
