摘　　要：为研究高职院校二级院系党总支全面从严治党主体责任,课题组基于实践经验与实地调研,结合理论学习,通过实地考察、资料查阅和线上问卷等方式深入研究,发现并总结问题,得出结论。通过比较研究,总结共性问题,为提出解决对策提供思路。全面从严治党是新时代、新形势下党建工作的根本要求。将全面从严治党主体责任落到实处,是学院贯彻执行好党的教育方针、落实立德树人根本任务的基础和关键。学院各系党总支在责任落实体系中起着承上启下作用,担负着落实党委部署各项工作的重要责任。In order to study the main responsibility of the Party branch of the secondary departments in vocational colleges for comprehensive strict governance of the Party,the research team based on practical experience and field research,combined with theoretical learning,conducted in-depth research through field investigations,data research,and online questionnaires,identified and summarized problems,and drew conclusions.Through comparative research,summarize common problems and provide ideas for proposing solutions.Comprehensively and strictly governing the Party is the fundamental requirement for Party building work in the new era and new situation.Implementing the main responsibility of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party is the foundation and key for the college to implement the Party's education policy and the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.The Party branches of each department in the college play a pivotal role in the responsibility implementation system,bearing the important responsibility of implementing various tasks deployed by the Party committee.
