涉外法治视域下法庭审判语言的规范化研究

摘　　要：在全球化日益加深的今天,涉外法治领域的问题日益凸显,法庭审判语言的规范化成为确保司法公正、提升司法效率的关键一环。法庭审判语言不仅是法律条文与判决结果的载体,更是法律精神与文化传承的重要媒介。在涉外法治视域下,法庭审判语言的规范化有助于确保审判的公正性和权威性、有助于提升审判效率、有助于促进国际司法交流与合作并且助于提升国家法治形象和软实力。本文通过说明涉外法治以及法庭审判语言的内涵,探讨涉外法治视域下法庭审判语言规范化的重要性,从而分析涉外法治视域下法庭审判语言的现状,最后提出涉外法治视域下法庭审判语言的规范化研究策略。通过本研究,期望能够为法庭审判语言的规范化提供新的思路与方法,促进国际司法合作与交流,提升我国在国际司法领域的影响力和地位。In today's increasingly globalized world,problems in the field of foreign-related rule of law are becoming more prominent,and the standardization of courtroom trial language has become a key factor in ensuring judicial fairness and improving judicial efficiency.The language used in court trials is not only the carrier of legal provisions and judgments,but also an important medium for the inheritance of legal spirit and culture.In the perspective of foreign-related rule of law,the standardization of courtroom language helps to ensure the fairness and authority of trials,improve trial efficiency,promote international judicial exchanges and cooperation,and enhance the country's legal image and soft power.This article explores the importance of standardizing courtroom trial language from the perspective of foreign-related rule of law by explaining the connotation of foreign-related rule of law and courtroom trial language.It analyzes the current situation of courtroom trial language from the perspective of foreign-related rule of law and finally proposes research strategies for standardizing courtroom trial language from the perspective of foreign-related rule of law.Through this study,we hope to provide new ideas and methods for the standardization of courtroom trial language,promote international judicial cooperation and exchange,and enhance China's influence and status in the field of international justice.
