乌梅复方治疗雏鸡腹泻的疗效评估

摘　　要：为评估乌梅复方治疗雏鸡细菌性腹泻的效果,试验将45只14日龄自然腹泻青脚麻鸡随机分为9组,其中8组分别使用8种乌梅复方以每只0.2 mL/d进行灌胃治疗,挑选出5种治疗效果好的乌梅复方进行进一步评估。从3株大肠杆菌和4株沙门氏菌中分别挑选最优菌株,以建立雏鸡细菌性腹泻模型。用挑选出的5种复方分别建立评估组,分为大肠-乌梅复方、沙门-乌梅复方、大肠对照、沙门对照、乌梅复方对照和健康对照试验组,每个试验组各使用10只14日龄青脚麻鸡进行试验,并根据腹泻模型进行造模,后使用中药复方以每天0.2 mL/d进行灌胃治疗,并通过雏鸡的腹泻率、细菌检出率以及肠道内容物数量对乌梅复方疗效进行评估。结果显示,5种乌梅复方对雏鸡腹泻有较好的治疗效果,其中复方四(乌梅、五味子、泽泻、茯苓、板蓝根和鱼腥草)的治疗效果最为理想,能在用药后一周内完全治愈所有雏鸡的感染,同时抑制肠道中病原菌的定植生长和维持雏鸡体重均匀增长。试验结果表明,乌梅复方可以有效治疗雏鸡细菌性腹泻。To evaluate the efficacy of Wumei compounds in the treatment of bacterial diarrhoea in chicks,the trial randomly divided forty-five naturally diarrhoeic fourteen-day-old Partridge shank chickens into nine groups,of which eight groups of hens were treated by gavage with each of the 8 Wumei compounds at 0.2 mL/day,and five Wumei compounds with good therapeutic efficacy were selected for the next experiments.The optimal strains were selected from three strains of E.coli and four strains of Salmonella in order to establish a model of bacterial diarrhoea in chicks.The evaluation groups were established with the five selected formulas,each of which was divided into six experimental groups that included compound-E.coli group,compound-Salmonella group,salmonella control group,E.coli control group,compound control group and healthy control group.Each experimental group was conducted with ten fourteen-day-old Partridge shank chickens,which were modelled according to the diarrhoea model.Treating these chicks with the Chinese herbal formula by gavage at 0.2 mL/day and evaluated for efficacy of the formulas through the rate of diarrhoea,bacterial detection rate and the number of intestinal contents in the chicks.The results showed that five Wumei compounds formulas had good therapeutic effects on chick diarrhea,among which formula No.4(Wumei,Schisandra chinensis,Rhizoma alismatis,Poria cocos,Banlangen,and Houttuynia cordata)had the most satisfactory therapeutic effect,which was able to completely cure all the infections of the chicks within one week,at the same time inhibited the growth of 90%of total bacterial colonization in the intestinal tract and maintains uniform chick weight growth.The experimental results showed that Wumei compound could effectively treat bacterial diarrhea in chicks.
