摘 要:试验旨在探索不同提取方法对梧桐叶黄酮得率及其抗氧化活性的影响。以梧桐叶黄酮得率和对4种自由基(DPPH自由基、OH自由基、ABTS自由基、O2-自由基)清除能力为指标,考察了回流提取法、超声波-双水相协同提取法和双水相提取法对梧桐叶黄酮和抗氧化活性影响。结果表明,回流提取法提取的黄酮得率最高,且对DPPH自由基、OH自由基、ABTS自由基、O_(2)^(-)自由基具有良好的清除能力。说明回流提取法提取梧桐叶黄酮提取效率较高且具有良好的抗氧化活性。The aim of this study was to explore the effects of different extraction methods on the yield and antioxidant activity of flavonoids from phoenix tree leaves.The flavonoids yield and scavenging ability of 4 kinds of free radicals(DPPH free radical,hydroxyl free radical,ABTS cationic free radical and superoxide anion free radical)were used as indexes,the effects of reflux extraction,ultrasonicaqueous synergic extraction and aqueous twophase extraction on flavonoids and antioxidant activities of phoenix tree leaves were investigated.The results showed that the reflux extraction method had the highest yield of total flavonoids,and had good scavenging ability of DPPH free radical,hydroxyl free radical,ABTS cationic free radical and superoxide anion free radical compared with reflux extraction method and double aqueous phase extraction method.Therefore,reflux extraction showed high extraction efficiency and good antioxidant activity in extracting flavonoids from phoenix tree leaves.
