低脂粮补饲决明子、桑叶和山楂复合物对猫体重的调节作用

摘  要:试验旨在研究低脂粮和补饲决明子、桑叶和山楂复合物对猫体重的调节作用。试验选取19只成年绝育布偶猫,随机分为3组,分别为6只、6只和7只,每个重复1只。第1组为对照组,每天饲喂基础饲粮;第2组为低脂组,每天饲喂低脂粮;第3组为复合物组,饲喂含有1.8%决明子、桑叶和山楂复合物的低脂粮,试验期间自由采食。试验期8周。结果表明:①与试验前相比,对照组体重无显著变化(P>0.05),低脂组体重有降低的趋势(P<0.10),复合物组体重显著降低(P<0.05)。②与对照组相比,复合物组血清白细胞介素10含量极显著升高(P<0.01),低脂组和复合物组血清γ干扰素含量显著增加(P<0.05)。③与对照组相比,低脂组和复合物组血清游离脂肪酸含量显著降低(P<0.05),胰岛素和脂联素含量极显著增加(P<0.01),复合物组瘦素含量极显著增加(P<0.01)。④与对照组相比,复合物组粪便中罗尔斯通氏菌属水平显著减少(P<0.05),Coriobacteriales_Incertae_Sedis相对丰度极显著增加(P<0.01);而低脂组没有显著变化(P>0.05)。综上所述,低脂粮具有调节体重和提高抗炎因子水平的潜在作用;在低脂粮的基础上补充植物复合物可以进一步加强这些作用,降低试验猫体重,增强试验猫免疫能力。此外,植物复合物对粪便微生物的组成产生了积极的影响,提高了有益菌的丰度,降低了有害菌的丰度。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of low-fat diets and composite Cassia tora seed,Mulberry leaf,and Crataegus pinnatifida supplementation on weight regulation of cats.Nineteen neutered adult ragdoll cats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 or 7 replicates in each group and 1 cat in each replicate.The group 1 was control group,feeding basal diet per day,and the group 2 was low-fat diets group,feeding low-fat diets,and group 3 was composite group,feeding low-fat diets combined 1.8%composite Cassia tora seed,Mulberry leaf,and Crataegus pinnatifida supplementation per day.The experiment lasted for 8 weeks,during which time ad libitum feeding.The results showed as follows:①compared to the pre-experimental period,the control group had no significant change in body weight(P>0.05),the low-fat diets group had a trend in weight loss(P<0.10),the composite group had a significant decrease in body weight(P<0.05).②Compared with the control group,the IL-10 level in plasma of composite group was significant increased(P<0.01),the TNF-γlevel in plasma of the low-fat diets group and composite group were significant increased(P<0.05).③Compared with the control group,the free fatty acid(FFA)level of the low-fat diets group and composite group were significant decreased(P<0.05),the insulin(INS)and adiponectin(ADPN)level were extremely significant increased(P<0.01),the Leptin level of composite group was extremely significant increased(P<0.01).④Compared with the control group,the composite group had lower abundance of Ralstonia(P<0.05)and higher abundance Coriobacteriales_Incertae_Sedis(P<0.01)in feces,while low-fat diets group had no significance difference(P>0.05).In conclusion,lowfat diet has the potential functions of alleviating obesity and increasing the level of anti-inflammatory cytokines.The low-fat diets combined composite supplementation can enhance the weight loss and immunity of experiment animal.What’s more,the composite of plants has a positive impact on the fecal microbial structure of
