摘  要:斜拉油气管桥横向刚度低,振动特性复杂,在地震中可能发生严重的耦合破坏,影响油气输送管道及其斜拉管桥结构的安全性。围绕油气输送斜拉管桥结构的智能减震控制,研发了新型压电变摩擦阻尼器,进行了输出力性能试验,提出了斜拉油气管桥的半主动减震控制策略。基于工程实例,建立了斜拉管桥结构计算模型,探讨了减震控制策略实施的具体路径,并对斜拉油气管桥结构的压电智能半主动减震控制效果进行了分析。结果表明,压电变摩擦阻尼器输出力与驱动电压之间呈现较好的线性关系,建立的驱动电压-阻尼力本构模型可以用于斜拉管桥结构的减震控制,应用提出的LQR-Bang-Bang半主动智能控制方法和研发的压电变摩擦阻尼器可以高效地达到对斜拉管桥结构地震响应进行控制的目的,取得了较好的控制效果,可以供此类斜拉油气管桥的减震设计进行参考。Cable-stayed oil and gas pipeline bridges are characterized by low lateral stiffness and complex vibration characteristics.Therefore,serious coupling damage may occur in earthquakes,affecting the safety of oil and gas transportation pipelines and their cable-stayed pipe bridge structures.Focusing on the intelligent vibration damping control of oil and gas transportation cable-stayed pipe bridge structure,a new type of piezoelectric variable friction damper was developed,the output force performance test was carried out,and the semi-active vibration damping control strategy of cable-stayed oil and gas pipe bridge was proposed.Based on the engineering examples,a structural calculation model of the cable-stayed pipe bridge was established,the specific path of the implementation of the vibration damping control strategy was explored,and the effect of piezoelectric intelligent semi-active vibration damping control of the cable-stayed oil and gas pipe bridge structure was analyzed.The results show that the output force of piezoelectric variable friction damper shows a good linear relationship with the driving voltage,and the established driving voltage-damping force eigenstructure model can be used for the seismic control of cable-stayed pipe bridge structure,and The proposed LQR-Bang-Bang semi-active intelligent control method and the developed piezoelectric variable friction damper can efficiently achieve the purpose of controlling the seismic response of the cable-stayed pipe bridge structure,and a better control effect has been achieved.And it can be used as a reference for the seismic design of this kind of cable-stayed oil and gas pipeline bridge.
