摘　　要：以22所湖北理工类学科优势高校专利转化数据为样本,从专利转化率、专利价值度和技术先进性、专利与新兴产业关联性等方面系统梳理了湖北高校专利转化的现状。研究表明,湖北高校在专利转化方面存在高价值度专利数量较少、专利对现代产业链支撑强度较弱、专利融入市场程度较低和支撑专利转化的外部要素不够完备等问题。最后从产业链和创新链深度融合视角出发,给出湖北高校应围绕“51020”现代产业集群进行创新以提高专利供给质量、通过优化制度分类施策盘活有效存量专利、开展有组织的创新以发挥专利补链强链功能,以及加强专利转化平台和人才队伍建设的优化路径。Taking the patent transformation data of 22 universities with advantages in science and engineering disciplines in Hubei Province as samples,this paper systematically sorts out the present situation of patent transformation in universities in Hubei Province from the aspects of patent transformation rate,patent value and technical advancement,association between patent and emerging industry.The research shows that there are some problems in patent transformation in universities in Hubei Province,such as insufficient number of high-value patents,insufficient support strength of patents for modern industrial chain,insufficient integration of patents into the market and the incomplete external factors supporting patent conversion.From the perspective of deep integration of industrial chain and innovation chain,it is suggested that universities in Hubei Province should innovate around the“51020”modern industrial cluster to optimize the quality of patent supply,revitalize effective stock patents by optimizing the classification of the system,carry out organized innovation to play the role of patent to complement and strengthen the chain,and strengthen the patent transformation platform and talent team construction.
