摘  要:为快速测量铁路弹条扣件的扣压力大小、加快实现铁路弹条扣件自动化无损检测研发进程、提高检测效率,基于LabVIEW设计一种铁路弹条扣件扣压力测量系统。通过敲击测得弹条固有频率,以Ⅱ型弹条为例,将测量装置分为敲击激振板块、测量板块和自动行进板块,通过敲击激振板块完成单次独立敲击,实现检测弹条的固有频率测量;再通过固有频率和扣压力拟合关系式计算扣压力大小进而判断弹条是否失效。该测量装置可在单条铁轨上进行一维运动,由于一次敲击和检测后即可自动运动到下一弹条部位进行敲击和检测,大幅节省了人力和时间,自动化程度较高。To rapidly measure the clamping force of railway elastic strip fasteners,accelerate the development of automated non-destructive testing for railway elastic strip fasteners,and improve testing efficiency,this paper presents a clamping force measurement system for railway elastic fasteners based on LabVIEW.The natural frequency of the elastic strip fasteners is measured through hammer method.Taking the TypeⅡelastic strip fastener as an example,the measurement device is divided into an impact excitation module,a measurement module,and an automatic advancement module.The impact excitation module completes a single independent impact to measure the natural frequency of the elastic fastener.Subsequently,the clamping force is calculated using a fitted relationship between the natural frequency and the clamping force,allowing for the determination of whether the elastic fastener has failed.This measurement device can move in one dimension along a single rail.Since it automatically moves to the next elastic fastener for impact and testing after each impact and measurement,significant labor and time savings are achieved,resulting in a high degree of automation.
