摘 要:本文深入探讨汽车底盘构成及其关键部件在数控车床加工中的应用。从底盘的传动、行驶、转向及制动系统出发,分析各自的功能与重要性。同时,描述底盘生产线布局原则及数控车床结构设计,特别是制动盘的加工工艺和数控车床的总体设计。通过静力学分析对关键零部件进行结构优化,并研究数控车床控制系统的硬件设计,选择稳定可靠的数控系统,并合理设计伺服进给系统,确保高精度与高效率加工。This paper deeply discusses the application of automobile chassis composition and its key components in CNC lathe machining.Starting from the transmission,driving,steering and braking systems of the chassis,the functions and importance of each are analyzed.At the same time,the layout principle of the chassis production line and the structural design of the CNC lathe are described,especially the processing technology of the brake disc and the overall design of the CNC lathe.Through static analysis,the structure of key components is optimized,and the hardware design of the CNC lathe control system is studied,a stable and reliable CNC system is selected,and the servo feed system is reasonably designed to ensure high-precision and high-efficiency machining.
