“健康中国”背景下融入“阅读+”理念的新医科人才培养策略分析

摘　　要：“健康中国”背景下,阅读应为医学教育改革赋能,为国家培养更多符合时代要求、具备全面素养和能力的新医科人才提供有力支撑。以安徽省某高校医学相关专业大学生为研究对象,从阅读认知与方式、阅读内容与来源、阅读促进与指导维度实证调研分析新医科人才阅读行为现状及存在的主要问题。基于阅读需求、阅读行为、阅读组织,融入“阅读+”理念,从优化医文融合的阅读资源和空间、构建统筹整合的阅读素养培养体系、完善阅读服务的组织领导与机制提出相应对策。Under the background of"Healthy China",reading should empower the reform of medical education,and provide strong support for the country to cultivate more new medical talents who meet the requirements of the times and have comprehensive literacy and ability.Taking college students majoring in medicine in a university in Anhui Province as the research object,we analyzed the current situation of reading behavior of new medical talents and the main problems from the dimensions of reading cognition and mode,reading content and source,and reading promotion and guidance.Based on reading demand,reading behavior and reading organization,and incorporating the concept of"reading+",the study proposes corresponding countermeasures from optimizing reading resources and space for the integration of medicine and literature,constructing a comprehensive and integrated reading literacy training system,and perfecting the organization,leadership and mechanism of reading service.
