摘 要:目的:了解某高等中医院校管理学院学生学业情况现状,分析经常性学业困难的影响因素,提出针对性建议。方法:对1037名学生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS进行x^(2)检验和Logistic回归分析。结果:学生学业情况待改善,教师教学方法、学院课程排布待优化;有162人(15.8%)会遇到经常性学习困难,Logistic回归分析显示大一、上课时跟不上老师节奏、有时需要外界帮助完成作业、经常不能独立完成作业的学生更容易遇到经常性学习困难;学生主观对课程兴趣不大、认为课程较难、学习主动性不高,希望得到学院、老师的有效帮扶。建议:加强学风建设,树立学生正确学习态度,推动学生掌握合适学习方法;优化课程排布,鼓励老师多样授课,丰富实践课程;开展多元帮扶,因材施教;推进学生--老师交流机制建设,加强师生交流。Objective To understand the current situation of students academic situation in the School of Management of a university of traditional Chinese medicine,analyze the influencing factors of frequent academic difficulties,and put forward targeted suggestions.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1037 students,and SPSS was used for chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis.Results Students academic situation needs to be improved,teachers’teaching methods and college curriculum arrangement need to be optimized;162 students(15.8%)encountered frequent learning difficulties.Logistic regression analysis shows that freshmen,students who can't keep up with the teachers rhythm in class,sometimes need external help to finish homework,and often cant finish homework independently are more likely to encounter frequent learning difficulties.Students are not interested in the course subjectively,think it is difficult,and have low learning initiative.They hope to get effective assistance from colleges and teachers.It is suggested to strengthen the construction of study style,establish students correct learning attitude,and promote students to master appropriate learning methods;Optimize curriculum arrangement,encourage teachers to teach in various ways,and enrich practical courses;Carry out diversified assistance and teach students in accordance with their aptitude;Promote the construction of student-teacher communication mechanism and strengthen teacher-student communication.
