摘　　要：本文综述了亚硝酸盐的来源与代谢、抗菌作用及其机制的研究进展,并展望其未来的研究方向及在口腔治疗中的潜在应用。This article reviews the sources and metabolism of nitrites,the progress in research on their antibacterial properties and mechanisms,and looks forward to future research directions and potential applications in oral treatments.
