摘　　要：东风悦达起亚汽车有限公司的发展和冲压自动化生产线紧密联系在一起。冲压设备的生产制造运用ABB机器人自动化搬运,通过与PLC控制系统的协调,ABB机器人与压力机、装卸机器人以及输送设备之间可以保持准确可靠的运动协调关系。这种协调关系确保了各机器人在功能布局上的合理性,从而显著提高生产效率和产品质量。机器人自动卸货技术的运用,提高了设备的使用效率。The development of Automobile Co.,Ltd.is closely related to the stamping automation production line.The production and manufacturing of stamping equipment use ABB robots for automated handling.Through coordination with PLC control systems,ABB robots can maintain accurate and reliable motion coordination relationships with presses,loading and unloading robots,and conveying equipment.This coordination relationship ensures the rationality of the functional layout of each robot,thereby significantly improving production efficiency and product quality.The application of robot automatic unloading technology has improved the efficiency of equipment usage.
