摘　　要：聚焦现阶段培育创新型高技能人才过程中遇到的现实问题,通过完善管理体系、加强校企合作、加强导师队伍建设以及优化教学资源配置等措施,以期完善技能大师工作室培育创新型高技能人才策略。通过职业院校技能大师工作室十余年的实践验证,实际成效印证本文所提出的实践举措能有效化解培养创新型高技能人才过程的现实问题,并取得显著的实践成效。Focusing on the practical problems encountered in the current process of cultivating innovative high skilled talents,measures such as improving management systems,strengthening school enterprise cooperation,enhancing mentor team building,and optimizing teaching resource allocation are taken to improve the strategy of cultivating innovative high skilled talents in skill master studios.Through more than ten years of practical verification in the Skill Master Studio of vocational colleges,the actual results have confirmed that the practical measures proposed in this study can effectively solve the practical problems in the process of cultivating innovative high skilled talents and achieve significant practical results.
