摘  要:黄土高原是我国水土保持工作的重点区域,经过多年治理,黄土高原已成为重要的水土保持碳汇高地,为黄河流域乃至全国提供了水土保持碳汇价值实现的实践基础。水土保持碳汇是生态产品价值的一种类型,是陆地生态系统碳汇的重要组成部分。对黄土高原水土保持碳汇研究现状、监测方法、核证要点进行总结,结合宁夏彭阳李岔小流域水土保持碳汇交易、陕西延安薛张小流域水土保持碳汇交易、黄委绥德站辛店沟小流域水土保持生态产品价值转化和碳汇交易、黄委西峰站南小河沟小流域水土保持碳汇交易4个实践案例,全面分析黄土高原水土保持碳汇及生态产品价值实现机制与策略,总结黄土高原水土保持碳汇交易经验。围绕保障黄土高原水土保持碳汇能力稳定发挥和持续提升、助力黄土高原水土保持高质量发展,提出加强水土保持碳汇和生态产品价值转化协调、推动将水土保持碳汇交易纳入国家温室气体自愿减排交易机制、规范水土保持碳汇监测核算方法等建议。The Loess Plateau is a key region for soil and water conservation in China.Through years of restoration efforts,it has become an important highland for carbon sinks resulting from soil and water conservation,providing a practical foundation for realizing its value in the Yellow River Basin and nationwide.Carbon sink for soil and water conservation represents a type of ecological product value and is a critical component of carbon sink of the terrestrial ecosystem.This study summarizes the current research status,monitoring methods,and verification essentials of carbon sinks for soil and water conservation in the Loess Plateau.Based on four practical cases—carbon sink trading in the Licha small watershed of Pengyang,Ningxia;carbon sink trading in the Xuezhang small watershed of Yan’an,Shaanxi;ecological product value transformation and carbon sink trading in the Xindiangou small watershed of Suide Station,Yellow River Conservancy Commission;and carbon sink trading in the Nanxiaohegou small watershed of Xifeng Station,Yellow River Conservancy Commission—the mechanisms and strategies for realizing the value of ecological products and trading experiences were thoroughly analyzed.To ensure the stable performance and sustainable enhancement of the Loess Plateau’s carbon sink capacity for soil and water conservation and to promote its high-quality development,recommendations are proposed.These include coordinating the integration of carbon sink and ecological product value transformation,incorporating soil and water conservation carbon sink trading into the national voluntary greenhouse gas emission reduction trading mechanism,and standardizing monitoring and accounting methodologies.
