足球训练器具修复用胶粘剂改性与性能研究

摘　　要：为了提升足球训练器具修复用胶粘剂的使用性能,考察了R值。对聚氨酯预聚体和聚氨酯胶粘剂黏度、热稳定性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着R值从1.01增加至1.51,聚氨酯预聚体的黏度逐渐减小,初期剥离强度从57.2 MPa降低至15.2 MPa,后期剥离强度先增加后减小。聚氨酯胶粘剂的熔化温度和施胶温度都表现为逐渐上升的趋势,在R为1.51时,聚氨酯胶粘剂的熔化温度和施胶温度分别为134.8℃和151.7℃,相较R为1.02时的聚氨酯胶粘剂有明显上升。聚氨酯胶粘剂的扩链剂量逐渐减小,T_(i)、T_(50)和T_(max)逐渐增大,当R为1.51时,聚氨酯胶粘剂的扩链剂量为3.42%,T_(i)、T_(50)和T_(max)分别为303.6、403.0和423.6℃。当R值介于1.02~1.31时,聚氨酯胶粘剂符合足球训练器具修复用胶粘剂的要求。In order to improve the adhesive performance for repairing football training equipment,the effect of Rval⁃ue(—NCO/—OH ratio)on the viscosity,thermal stability,and mechanical properties of polyurethane prepolymers and polyurethane adhesives was investigated.The results showed that as the R value increased from 1.01 to 1.51,the viscosity of the polyurethane prepolymer gradually decreased,and the initial peel strength decreased from 57.2 MPa to 15.2 MPa,and the peel strength increased first and then decreased in the later stage.The melting temperature and application temperature of polyurethane adhesive showed a gradually increasing trend,at R=1.51,the melting temperature and application temperature of polyurethane adhesive were 134.8℃and 151.7℃,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of polyurethane adhesive at R=1.02.The chain extension dose of polyurethane adhesive gradually decreased,and T_(i),T_(50),and T_(max)gradually increased.When R=1.51,the chain extension dose of polyurethane adhesive was 3.42%,and T_(i),T_(50),and T_(max)were 303.6℃,403.0,and 423.6℃,respectively.When the R value was between 1.02 and 1.31,the polyurethane adhesive met the requirements of the adhesive used for repairing football training equipment.
