摘  要:在“承秦”“过秦”及其共轭中,汉初治国理政模式发生了多次变革,体现了“法治”“道治”“德治”的共生、更替、交融和相互吸纳与完善,构成了汉初乃至中国传统社会治国理政的基本策略,共同维护着中国传统社会的“大一统”局面。从马克思主义基本原理同中华优秀传统文化相结合的角度审视,新时代“中国之治”的实现必须且可以在创造性继承和创新性发展中汲取其智慧与启迪。In the process of"inheriting Qin","criticizing on the faults of the Qin Dynasty"and their conjugation,the mode of governing the country in the early Han Dynasty has undergone many innovations,which embodied the symbiosis,replacement,blending and mutual absorption and perfection of Rule of Legalism,Rule of Taoist,Rule of Virtue,constituted the basic strategy of governing the country in the early Han Dynasty and even in China,and jointly safeguarded the great unity situation of Chinese traditional society.From the perspective of combining the basic principles of Marxism with excellent Chinese traditional culture,the realization of the Rule of China government in the new era must and can draw the wisdom and strength from creative inheritance and innovative development.
