摘　　要：以“乙醇制备乙醛”为教学载体,和学生一起综合利用化学键极性与α-H反应活性、化学反应的速率与限度等模块化知识,构建从课本基本原理到工业生产实践发展变化的认识模型,提升学科理解水平。Using“preparation of acetaldehyde from ethanol”as a teaching medium,this paper comprehensively utilized modular knowledge such as chemical bond polarity,α-H reaction activity,chemical reaction rate and limit with students,and constructed an understanding model from the basic principles of textbooks to the development and changes of industrial production practice,in order to enhance the level of scientific understanding.
