摘　　要：On July 27,2024,at 11:15 AM local time,the 46th session of the World Heritage Committee in New Delhi,India,passed a resolution to inscribe Beijing Central Axis on the UNESCO World Heritage List.The Chinese nomination,entitled"The Central Axis of Beijing-A Building Ensemble Exhibiting the Ideal Order of the Chinese Capital,"was approved as a single entry,encompassing all proposed elements.With this inscription,the total number of World Heritage sites in China rose to 59,making it a global leader in this regard.
