摘　　要：肿瘤治疗相关心血管毒性(CTR-CVT)是癌症患者预后不良的因素之一,目前仍缺乏特异检测手段及有效防治策略。环状RNA(circRNA)是一种结构稳定的非编码RNA,其高丰度、细胞组织特异性和调节基因表达的特性使其成为疾病潜在的生物标志物和治疗靶点。本文围绕circRNA在CTR-CVT中的作用的相关研究进展进行综述,以期为CTR-CVT的诊治提供新思路。Cancer therapy-related cardiovascular toxicity(CTR-CVT)is one of the factors of poor prognosis in cancer patients.At present,there is still a lack of specific detection tools and effective prevention and treatment strategies.Circular RNA(circRNA)is a kind of non-coding RNA with stable structure.Its high abundance,cell tissue specificity and the characteristics of regulating gene expression make it become a potential biomarker and therapeutic target of disease.This article reviews the research progress on the role of circRNA in CTR-CVT,in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of CTR-CVT.
