摘  要:新质生产力伴随着时代洪流和科技意蕴而生,与本科职业教育高度契合,具有内在一致性。一方面,新质生产力力促生产关系变革,为新时期本科职业教育把舵定航;另一方面,本科职业教育推动技能人才队伍建设,为新质生产力发展蓄势赋能。当前,本科层次职业教育发展刚刚起步,在服务新质生产力方面存在一些问题亟待改进。破解本科层次职业教育赋能新质生产力之困境,需要坚持以新质生产力为导向,树立教育、科技、人才协调发展的“大职教观”,坚持“与时俱进”原则调整优化本科层次职业教育专业设置、课程体系、实践教学模式,融入“产学研用”理念,探索产教融合、校企合作、校社合作新模式,构建新质生产力与本科职业教育融合发展的职教人才支撑体系。The new quality productivity is born with the tide of the times and the implication of science and technology,which is closely connected with undergraduate vocational education,and has inherent consistency.For one thing,the new quality productive forces promote the transformation of production relations,serving as a compass for undergraduate vocational education in the new era.For another,undergraduate vocational education promotes the construction of skilled personnel teams,providing momentum for the development of new quality productive forces.At present,undergraduate vocational education is still in its infancy in terms of development,and there are some problems in serving new quality productive forces that need to be improved.To break the dilemma of undergraduate vocational education empowering new quality productive forces,it is necessary to adhere to the orientation of new quality productive forces,establish an educational,scientific and technological,and talent-coordinated development“big vocational education view”,stick to the principle of“keeping pace with the times”to adjust and optimize the undergraduate vocational education major setting,curriculum system,practical teaching mode,integrate the concept of“production,learning,research and use”,explore new models of vocational education and enterprise cooperation,school-enterprise cooperation,and school-community cooperation,so as to build a talent support system for vocational education that integrates new quality productive forces.
