25G+微创玻璃体切割术联合雷珠单抗治疗玻璃体视网膜疾病效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究25G+微创玻璃体切割术联合雷珠单抗治疗玻璃体视网膜疾病效果。方法:选取我院2022.1-2024.1收治的80例增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)患者,分为对照组39例和观察组41例。对照组采用25G+微创玻璃体切割术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗。比较两组各项指标及并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术时间、水肿、出血、渗出吸收时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);术后观察组视力高于对照组,黄斑中央凹陷厚度、眼压低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组房水IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PVR患者应用25G+微创玻璃体切割术联合雷珠单抗可有效缩短手术时间,改善视力,抑制炎症反应,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of 25G+minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with ranibizumab in the treatment of vitreoretinal diseases.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hyperplastic vitreoretinopathy(PVR)admitted to 2022.1-2024.1 in our hospital were divided into 39 patients in the control group and 41 patients in the observation group.The control group was treated with 25G+minimally invasive vitrectomy,and the observation group used intravitreal injection of ranizzumab based on the control group.The various indexes and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,edema,bleeding,and absorption time were shorter than the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative visual acuity was higher than the control group,the central macular thickness and intraocular pressure were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the aqueous IFN-γ,IL-6,and IL-10 were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 25G+minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with ranibizumab in PVR patients can effectively shorten the surgical time,improve vision,inhibit inflammatory reactions,and reduce the incidence of complications.
