摘 要:非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)已成为全球重要的健康问题,也是肝脏疾病的主要原因之一。近年关于NAFLD的研究不断深入,但在治疗干预方面仍存在争议。微量营养素是人体含量较少但必需的营养物质,也是机体有效利用葡萄糖、脂肪供能及合成蛋白质的基础。微量营养素水平与NAFLD的进展密切相关,微量营养素缺乏程度可能会随着NAFLD的不同阶段而发生变化,而NAFLD进展又可能加剧微量营养素缺乏。因此,深入研究钙、镁、铁、锌和维生素等微量营养素在NAFLD中的病理生理作用机制,可以为NAFLD的防治提供更多依据。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has become a significant health problem worldwide and is one of the leading causes of liver disease.In recent years,the research on NAFLD continues to deepen,but there are still controversies in the aspects of therapeutic intervention.Micronutrients are less but essential nutrients in the human body,and are also the basis for the body to effectively use glucose and fat for energy and synthesize proteins.The progression of NAFLD is closely related to micronutrient levels,that the degree of micronutrient deficiency may change with different stages of NAFLD,and the progression of NAFLD may exacerbate micronutrient deficiency.Therefore,in-depth studies of the pathophysiological mechanism of micronutrients such as calcium,magnesium,iron,zinc and vitamins in NAFLD can provide more basis for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.
