摘 要:本研究聚焦于骨科临床护理教学中3D打印模型的应用。阐述了传统骨科护理教学面临的困境,引出3D打印模型作为创新教工具的契机。详细介绍3D打印技术基础,包括原理、流程、适用于骨科教学的类型及材料特性与选择依据。深入探讨其在解剖学构教学中对正常与病理骨骼结构展示的作用,在术前规划与护理方案制定时对患者个体化模型的应用及风险评估,以及在护理操结技能培训方面对骨折固定、关节置换术后护理等操作的助力。通过多方面评估应用效果,涵盖知识掌握程度、操作技能提升、学作与教师反馈等,并梳理相关研究成果。分析其优势如增强教学直观性等,局限性如成本高、周期长等,以及面临的技术更新、标生化、伦理法律等挑战。This study focuses on the application of 3D printing models in orthopedic clinical nursing teaching.This article elaborates on the challenges faced by traditional orthopedic nursing teaching and introduces the opportunity for 3D printing models as innovative teaching tools.Provide a detailed introduction to the basics of 3D printing technology,including principles,processes,types suitable for orthopedic teaching,material characteristics,and selection criteria.In depth exploration of its role in demonstrating normal and pathological skeletal structures in anatomical structure teaching,application and risk assment of individualized models for patients in preoperative planning and nursing program development,as well as asistance in nursing operation skills training for fracture fixation,joint replacement postoperative care,and other operations.By evaluating the application effect from multiple aspects,including the level of knowledge mastery,improvement of operational skills,feedback from students and teachers,and sorting out relevant research results.Analyze its advantages such as enhancing teaching intuitieness,limitations such as high cost and long cycle,as well as challenges such as technological updates,standardization,ethics,and laws.
