摘  要:在当今数字化浪潮汹涌澎湃之际,新闻传播业正经历着前所未有的深刻变革。信息传播方式因新媒体技术而日新月异,社交媒体、短视频等平台崛起,极大地改变了信息传播路径。同时,受众需求愈发多样化,他们渴望深度、个性化且即时的新闻内容,这使得行业格局持续动态调整。在这场变革背后,人力资源作为新闻传播业的核心驱动力,其绩效管理体系的构建与优化至关重要。它直接影响着员工工作积极性与创造力的激发,以及机构资源的合理分配和运营效率的提升。本文将深入探讨新闻传播业人力资源绩效管理的特点,剖析其现状,明确构建与优化绩效管理体系的意义。通过这些研究,探索切实可行的构建与优化策略,为新闻传播业提供科学有效的绩效管理建议,推动行业在数字时代的激烈竞争中蓬勃发展,实现人力资源价值的最大化。At the time of today's surging digital wave,the news and communication industry is undergoing unprecedented profound changes.The way of information transmission is changing with each passing day due to new media technology.The rise of social media,short video and other platforms has greatly changed the path of information transmission.At the same time,the needs of the audience are increasingly diversified,and they are eager for in-depth,personalized and instant news content,which makes the industry pattern continuously and dynamically adjusted.Behind this change,human resources as the core driving force of the news and communication industry,the construction and optimization of its performance management system is crucial.It directly affects the stimulation of employees’work enthusiasm and creativity,as well as the rational allocation of institutional resources and the improvement of operational efficiency.This paper will deeply explore the characteristics of human resource performance management in the news and communication industry,analyze its current situation,and clarify the significance of constructing and optimizing the performance management system.Through these studies,we can explore practical construction and optimization strategies,provide scientific and effective performance management suggestions for the news and communicationindustry,promote the industry to flourish in the fierce competition in the digital age,and maximize the value of human resources.
