摘 要:孕期体重是孕妇及胎儿宫内营养状况的重要评估指标,孕期体重的适度增加有助于适应母亲孕期生理需求和胎儿的生长发育,孕期不适宜的增重对孕期并发症的出现情况以及妊娠结局有较大的影响。详细的孕期体重增重推荐值和指导意见对于提高孕期保健水平,预防妊娠合并症及产后慢性病的发生具有重要意义。本综述通过检索孕期增重相关的国内外文献,旨在总结和比较妊娠期体重增加建议或标准,探讨孕期体重管理的模式。Pregnancy weight is an important indicator for evaluating the nutritional status of pregnant women and fetuses in the uterus.Moderate weight gain during pregnancy can help adapt to the physiological needs of the mother during pregnancy and the growth and development of the fetus.Inappropriate weight gain during pregnancy has a significant impact on the occurrence of pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes.Detailed recommendations and guidances on weight gain during pregnancy are of great significance for improving the level of health care during pregnancy and preventing pregnancy complications and postpartum chronic diseases.This review aims to summarize and compare weight gain recommendations or standards during pregnancy from different countries,to explore the models of weight management during pregnancy by retrieving relevant domestic and foreign literatures.
