摘 要:原花青素,也叫缩合单宁,是天然来源的多酚化合物的代表物质,广泛存在于多种水果和蔬菜中。越来越多的证据表明,原花青素可以通过多种机制来预防帕金森病,已被用于帕金森病的实验性治疗中。但不同学者对于原花青素治疗帕金森病的作用效果的研究存在一定差异,因此在这项研究中,我们采用系统回顾的方法来全面评估原花青素在实验性帕金森病中的疗效。旨在探讨原花青素对机体的神经保护作用,为帕金森病的防治提供参考,为原花青素资源的开发利用提供科学依据。Proanthocyanidins,also called condensed tannins,are representative substances of polyphenolic compounds of natural origin and are widely found in a variety of fruits and vegetables.There is increasing evidence that proanthocyanidins can prevent Parkinson's disease through multiple mechanisms and have been used in experimental treatments of Parkinson's disease.However,there are some inconsistencies regarding the effects of proanthocyanidins on Parkinson's disease.In this study,we used a systematic appproach to comprehensively assess the efficacy of proanthocyanidins in experimental Parkinson's disease models.We aimed to investigate the neuroprotective effects of proanthocyanidins,to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of Parkinson's disease,as well as a scientific basis for the development and utilization of proanthocyanidin resources.
