摘　　要：文章以21万DWT散货船为对象,分析了主机机座裂纹产生的原因,阐述了浮态下营运船舶主机机座换新的流程,制定了专业的换新方案,并验证了该方案的可行性。完成了主机机座换新工程,消除了潜在的安全隐患,为其他船舶的类似工程积累了经验。This paper takes the 210000 DWT bulk carrier as the object,analyzes the cause of cracks of main engine foundation,describes the procedure of the main engine foundation renewal of an operating ship under floating condition,formulates a professional renewal plan,and verifies the feasibility of the plan.Finally,the paper completes the renewal of the main engine foundation,eliminates the potential safety risks,and accumulates experience for similar projects ofother ships.
