摘  要:目的分析体外冲击波联合肉毒毒素治疗对痉挛性脑瘫运动功能和肌张力的影响。方法选择2021年5月—2022年4月本院收治的60例痉挛性脑瘫患者为研究对象,并随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。其中,研究组采用体外冲击波联合肉毒毒素治疗,对照组则单用肉毒毒素治疗。对比两组治疗后运动功能、肌张力及日常生活能力。结果研究组的肢体痉挛评估评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的下肢运动功能评分和日常生活能力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波联合肉毒毒素治疗,可提高痉挛性脑瘫患者的运动功能,改善肌张力,提高日常生活能力,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with botulinum toxin therapy on motor function and muscle tone of spastic cerebral palsy.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with spastic cerebral palsy in our hospital from May 2021 to April 2022,and divided them into the study group and the control group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.The study group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave combined with botulinum toxin treatment,while the control group with botulinum toxin only.The motor function,muscle tone,and daily living ability was compared between two groups after treatment.Results The assessment scores of limb spasticity in study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The lower limb motor function scores and daily living ability of study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave combined with botulinum toxin therapy can improve the motor function,muscle tone and daily living ability of patients with spastic cerebral palsy,which is worthy of clinical application.
