简易康复治疗技术对脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体运动功能的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析脑卒中患者使用简易康复治疗技术对于偏瘫肢体运动功能的影响。方法选择本院2023年1—12月收治的60例脑卒中患者为研究对象,并利用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。其中,对照组采用常规康复治疗,试验组采用简易康复治疗技术,对比两组应用效果。结果干预后,对照组肢体运动评分明显高于试验组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组心理状态评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组心理状态评分较低,焦虑和抑郁程度均较低(P<0.05)。对照组关节功能评分明显高于试验组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组的生活质量较好(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者使用简易康复治疗技术对于偏瘫肢体功能来说具有积极意义,该康复治疗方法值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of simplified rehabilitation therapy on hemiplegic limb function of stroke patients.Methods The paper chose 60 stroke patients in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023,and randomly divided them into the control group(treated with routine rehabilitation treatment)and the experimental group(with simplified rehabilitation therapy)with random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Application effect was compared between two groups.Results After the intervention,the limb movement scores of the control group were significantly higher than the experimental group,with P<0.05.Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the psychological state scores between two groups,with P>0.05.After the intervention,the psychological state scores of the experimental group were lower,and the levels of anxiety and depression were also lower,with P<0.05.The joint function scores of the control group were significantly higher than the experimental group,withP<0.05.After the intervention,life quality of the experimental group was relatively better,withP<0.05.Conclusion The simplified rehabilitation therapy can achieve positive significance for hemiplegic limb function of stroke patients,which is worthy of learning and reference.
