摘　　要：目的探讨远程医疗在医联体呼吸道疾病中的应用。方法于2020年3月—2023年2月在第二医联体内,通过云会议系统、微信APP平台,开展远程会诊、查房、病例讨论及培训教学等医疗服务,分析远程医疗实施前后,基层医院呼吸科医护人员专科理论考试成绩及呼吸道疾病患者在基层医院的转院率和治疗有效率。结果远程医疗实施后,基层医院呼吸科医护人员专科理论考试成绩明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);基层医院呼吸道疾病患者的转院率较前明显降低、治疗有效率较前明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在医联体呼吸道疾病中开展远程医疗,显著提高了基层医院呼吸科医护人员专科理论水平,降低了呼吸道疾病患者在基层医院的转院率,提高了治疗有效率。Objective To explore application of remote medical treatment for respiratory diseases in medical consortia.Methods The paper carried out medical services of remote consultation,ward rounds,case discussions,training and teaching based on cloud conference systems and WeChat app platform in the second medical consortia from March 2020 to February 2023,and analyzed results of specialized theoretical exams of respiratory medical staff in primary hospitals,as well as the transfer rate and treatment effect of respiratory disease patients in primary hospitals before and after implementation of remote medical treatment.Results After implementation of remote medical treatment,the theoretical examination scores of respiratory medical staff in grassroots hospitals were significantly higher than before,and there was statistically significant difference after comparison,(P<0.01).The transfer rate of respiratory disease patients in grassroots hospitals was significantly lower than before,and treatment effect rate were significantly higher than before,with statistically significant difference after comparison(P<0.01).Conclusion Remote medical treatment for respiratory diseases in medical consortia can significantly improve the theoretical level of respiratory medical staff in primary hospitals,reduce the transfer rate of respiratory disease patients in primary hospitals,and improve treatment efficiency.
