摘　　要：目的评估对比内镜下金属钛夹与内镜下注射止血对上消化道出血的疗效。方法选取2022年1月—2023年5月本院收治的80例非静脉曲张型上消化道出血患者为研究对象。采用等比例随机摸球法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。两组患者在基础治疗方面保持一致,对照组接受内镜下注射止血治疗,而观察组则实施了内镜下金属钛夹止血治疗。比较两组患者的止血效果、血常规指标以及各项恢复时间。结果两组再出血率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组即时止血率和止血有效率低于观察组(P<0.05)。术前,两组RBC、Hb和PLT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与术前比,术后1周两组RBC、Hb和PLT升高(P<0.05);并且术后1周观察组RBC、Hb和PLT高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组的呕血消失时间、大便潜血转阴时间、肠鸣音恢复时间和住院时间高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论内镜下金属钛夹的止血效果优于内镜下注射止血,能进一步改善血常规指标,缩短恢复时间。Objective To evaluate and compare the curative effect of endoscopic titanium clips and endoscopic injection hemostasis on upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 80 patients with non varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding with hematemesis and black stools were selected for study,with confirmed diagnosis by gastroscopy.The paper divided them into groups randomly in equal proportions with ball touching.The two groups were treated with the same basic treatment,while the control group(40 cases)with endoscopic injection for hemostasis,and the observation group(40 cases)with endoscopic metal titanium clips for hemostasis.The hemostatic effect,blood routine indicators,and various recovery times were compared between two groups.Results Comparison of rebleeding rates between two groups showed(P>0.05).The immediate hemostasis rate and effective hemostasis rate in the control group was lower than the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparison of RBC,Hb,and PLT between two groups before surgery showed(P>0.05).Compared with before operation,RBC,Hb,and PLT in two groups increased one week after surgery(P<0.05).One week after surgery,the RBC,Hb,and PLT in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Disappearance time of hematemesis,time of fecal occult blood conversing to negative,recovery time of bowel sounds,length of stay in the control group was longer than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hemostatic effect of endoscopic titanium clips is better than endoscopic injection hemostasis,can improve blood routine indicators and shorten recovery time further.
