摘 要:随着低空经济产业的蓬勃发展,科学有效地开展低空空域管理显得愈发重要。发展低空空域规划与交通仿真技术,是实现空域资源和地面基础设施合理配置的关键前提,能为低空经济产业的持续健康发展提供支撑。在低空交通场景下的国产仿真平台处于空白,急需解决相关技术问题。为此,从国内外低空交通发展现状、低空空域管理及航路网规划、低空容量评估框架与标准、低空交通建模仿真等方面,对低空空域规划与交通仿真技术的发展态势及在低空经济产业的应用情况展开研究。With the thriving development of the low-altitude economy industry,the scientific and effective management of low-altitude airspace has become more and more important.Building a reliable low-altitude airspace management,traffic simulation,and evaluation platform is the key prerequisite for the rational allocation of airspace resources and ground infrastructure,and it can provide support for the sustained and healthy development of the low-altitude economy industry.The domestic simulation platform for low-altitude traffic scenarios is blank,and there is an urgent need to address the relevant technical issues.The development status of low altitude air traffic at home and abroad,low altitude airspace management and route network planning,low altitude capacity evaluation framework and standards,and low altitude traffic modeling and simulation technology were studied,as well as its application in the"low altitude economy"industry.
