摘  要:高校学生工作与人工智能技术的积极绑定乃至深度融合,既是顺应时代发展的必然趋势,也是培养适应未来社会需求的复合型人才的必然选择。对于加强新时代高校思想政治工作而言,人工智能技术有利于提升思想政治教育工作效率、优化思想政治教育资源配置、改进思想政治教育工作流程和改善思想政治教育师生关系。但人工智能技术也给高校辅导员带来新挑战,比如对信息主导权的挑战、对规则解释权的挑战、对辅导专家权的挑战和对行为模范权的挑战。因此,人工智能时代高校辅导员的职业内涵需要新诠释,需要重塑高校辅导员的职业模式、职业权威、职业规划、职业素质、职业担当与职业价值,使之尽快完成职业角色与定位的转型升级。The active integration and deep fusion of college student affairs with artificial intelligence technology represent an inevitable trend aligning with the contemporary societal development.This integration is also a crucial choice for nurturing versatile talents capable of meeting future social demands.The era of artificial intelligence has introduced new professional dimensions to counselors,established novel work criteria,ignited reform potentials,and unveiled growth opportunities.Proficiently mastering and flexibly applying artificial intelligence technology is a contemporary imperative for the professional advancement of counselors,serving as the essential pathway for their adaptation,enhancement,and optimization to align with the evolving times.By staying abreast of technological advancements,emphasizing the novel objectives of student affairs in the moderm era,reshaping counselors'professional frameworks,authority,planning,qualities,responsibilities,and values,and promptly executing the transformation and enhancement of professional roles and positioning,counselors can effectively address the opportunities and challenges arising from the technological revolution.
